We do not share, rent, trade or sell our customer information to third parties except as necessary to process transactions, such as proving your data to PayPal or UPS. For security reasons we have chosen not to store credit cards on this site, except for the last four digits. Payments may be made using either PayPal Express Checkout, or Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card or American Express Credit & Debit Cards. Our merchant service provider for processing Credit Cards is PayPal, and your data is transmitted to PayPal in real-time via a 256 bit encrypted link.

Returns & Replacements

All returns must have an RMA number or they may be refused. Please contact us prior to returning an item to obtain an RMA number. Our products carry a 1 year warranty unless stated otherwise. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.  Items purchased through our retail partners can be return to them within 30 days from the initial date of purchase. After 30 days, returns are processed through Dracast directly with a valid RMA number.

You can order online via our site, or call us directly. You may also send your PO via fax if you are a dealer.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We generally do not issue credit, such as accepting POs, however dealers who keep stock and have a longstanding relationship with us, as well as significant sales volume, will be offered terms. Pricing is subject to change at any time.

For international orders, we prefer to be paid by wire. We will send our wire information when you are prepared to pay and we will ship as soon as payment is cleared. If paying by credit card, you should approve the transaction before calling us to process promptly.

Viewing Orders

All orders will be supplied with tracking numbers so you can view arrival time to destination.
